Welcome to Signea Supplies Europe. These Terms of Use govern your access to and purchases from signeasupplies.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are

Signea Supplies Europe is a direct manufacturer of gold-plated findings and components for jewelry professionals, supplying studios, stores and makers across Europe. For any question about these terms, contact us through our contact page.

2. Products

Our catalogue contains over 6,000 references of gold-plated brass components — stamping, chains, charms and assembly parts. Product photos are illustrative; small variations in tone and finish can occur between production batches, as is normal for plated components.

Some items (assembly ranges and certain profiles) are sold by weight. Where this applies, it is clearly indicated on the product page: the displayed price corresponds to 50 grams of that item.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Payment is collected securely at checkout through the payment methods displayed there.

4. Wholesale & bulk orders

Volume pricing is available for studios and stores. Contact us through the contact form with the references and quantities you need and we will prepare a quote.

5. Shipping

We ship across Europe directly from our EU workshop. Standard delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout; orders over €200 ship free. Dispatch times and any tracking information are communicated after your order is confirmed.

6. Returns and withdrawal

If something is wrong with your order — a defect, an error in the items shipped, or transport damage — contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. Where EU consumer law applies to your purchase, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal; items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

7. Intended use

Our components are supplies for jewelry making and are intended for professional and hobby assembly. They are not finished consumer jewelry and are not intended for children.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time through our contact page.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site — texts, photographs, layout and branding — belongs to Signea Supplies Europe and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law grants you. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
